Tania has dual roles of running the internal operations of the firm, along with managing our team of expert in-house researchers in supporting our Partners on leadership search and board assignments. 

Tania joined Omera Partners in 2005 bringing with her extensive experience from leading the research department for a boutique Sydney-based financial services executive search firm, and the diversity of thinking gained from studying bio-chemical engineering in her homeland of Canada.

She now leads a team of 12 full-time research staff who have over 85 years of combined experience in Executive and Board research. 

Tania is rightly proud that we conduct our research in-house and are one of the few senior executive search firms that does not outsource any part of this critical stage of the search process.

Tania ensures the research team runs cohesively and ethically, by striking a balance between leveraging cutting-edge technology, safeguarding client and candidate privacy, and staying up to date with the latest processes and systems.

Tania balances running our research team nationally with the key internal operations role for the firm. In this role she has delivered numerous business improvement projects, including leading the project to define and deliver the company’s best-practice global search process.
