Michelle plays a dual role at Omera Partners that is as much about building the firm as it is about serving its clients. As Associate Partner, Talent and Delivery, she works alongside our Partners on key executive search assignments, advises clients on succession management, and takes responsibility for identifying and attracting talented professionals to join the Omera team, a unction that is central to Omera’s continued success.

Michelle works with organisations to develop robust and dynamic C-suite succession plans that integrate both an internal and external lens. Grounded in data-driven insights and a deep understanding of organisational culture and strategic priorities, her approach ensures leadership continuity and stability through rigorous market mapping and the identification of external talent to fill key leadership and critical roles.

She also takes a leading role in attracting exceptional professionals to Omera Partners itself, ensuring the firm continues to grow with the very best search talent in Australia.

Michelle's connection to Omera runs deep. She originally joined us in 2011, spending more than a decade building exceptional research capability before broadening her experience across two of Australia's most prominent organisations, spanning a global human resources consultancy and a major health insurer. Across both, she developed deep expertise in succession risk management, competitor intelligence, organisational capability, and the full lifecycle management of the most senior appointments.
