Melanie is an Executive Assistant based in our Melbourne office, working with Vanessa Stack, our Partner in Chief Financial Officer and Financial Services, and Damian Tynan, our Partner in Marketing, Digital and Corporate Affairs.

With 14 years of experience in executive assistant and administration roles, Melanie brings a breadth of knowledge across recruitment, executive search, technology and professional services. Her career has taken her across the globe, and those years of working and living in different countries have shaped an approach that is highly adaptable, open-minded and enthusiastic in the face of new challenges.

Melanie believes that greatness is found in the everyday details. She holds herself to a high standard and is known for being consistent, reliable and thoroughly prepared. At the heart of everything she does is genuine empathy: a care for getting things right and a commitment to making the day a little easier for the people around her.

After years of living and working across different countries, she has settled in Australia and now enjoys exploring its many regions with a particular appreciation for great food and wine.
