What is your role at Omera Partners and what brought you to executive search?
“I am Corporate Administrator at Omera Partners in Sydney, in a hybrid role that brings together reception, office coordination, and administrative support. I manage the front desk, keep the office running smoothly, and support our consultants with the daily work of executive search. After close to a decade in the industry, what keeps me here is the variety and the people. No two days are the same, and I get to meet and look after candidates and clients from all walks of life.”
Who do you support and what does it take to keep a search practice running well?
“I support our consultants and the wider Sydney team, from front of house and office operations through to the administration that keeps searches moving. Keeping a practice running well comes down to being organised, anticipating what people need before they ask,and making sure everyone who deals with Omera has a smooth and professional experience.”
What do candidates, clients and colleagues experience when they work with you?
“I would like to think people find me warm, organised, and easy to deal with. I am proactive by nature, so I try to stay a step ahead and follow through on the small details that make someone’s day run more smoothly. I genuinely love what I do, and I hope that comes through in every interaction.”
