Marcela is a Corporate Administrator in our Administration Team managing the busy front desk in the Sydney office, ensuring smooth office operations, supporting consultants, and assisting in project administration.
Marcela brings the extensive training and experience from her previous career as a QANTAS international Business and First-Class Flight attendant. Her appreciation and understanding of the value of robust process systems and the importance of customer service has seen her flourish in her role.
She maintains a high level of attention to detail at all times, anticipates client and candidate needs and has exceptional customer service and communication skills that foster positive relationships.
Marcela works closely with our Partners, tackling any challenges with enthusiasm and finding effective solutions to ensure their Search assignments run smoothly and beneficial outcomes are achieved for clients, and candidates.
