Leesa is Office Manager of our Melbourne office and Executive Assistant to our Melbourne Partners, Angela Clelland, Anthony McKay and Jonathan Harper.

She works closely with them, providing critical support on their C-suite search assignments.

Prior to Omera Partners, Leesa spent 13 years working for a specialist legal search and selection firm for the Managing Director and senior consultants. 

Within her dual roles, Leesa’s adaptability and organisational skills allow her to navigate her different responsibilities seamlessly.

Leesa is known for her commitment, reliability, and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously ensuring the smooth operations within the Melbourne office.

Outside of work, Leesa cherishes her time spent with family and friends. She enjoys good food and indulging in a nice glass of wine. She likes to keep fit and is driven by her son's passion for BMX racing, she is on the Committee for his BMX Club and also Canteen Manager, contributing her time and efforts to support her community.
