Juliet has recently joined Omera Partners as Senior Associate – Research, joining our team of dedicated and experienced Researchers. 

Juliet has many years of experience supporting the delivery of executive search assignments across a broad cross section of functions and industries.  Prior to joining Omera Partners, she was a Senior Researcher at a global executive search firm, working on global search mandates across Board, Education (Schools), Higher Education, Chief Executive Officer, Risk and Not for Profit sectors. She has worked in recruitment at a social enterprise, helping asylum seekers and refugees to seek training and employment, along with a 20-year career as a researcher and producer of entertainment and lifestyle programs for television.

Juliet finds people fascinating and she is able to build a good rapport quickly.  She is an active listener, intuitive and tenacious, and she has the experience to manage the expectations of candidates to ensure the executive search process is transparent and supportive.

Building strong working relationships is key to Juliet’s success.  After understanding the specific needs of each client, she will ensure candidates are introduced for their expertise, leadership capability, cultural fit and diversity of thought.  She prides herself on finding the perfect candidate for each role and collaborating with our Partners across the business. 

As her children reach adulthood, Juliet is excited about what the future holds for them, along with thinking about her next travel destination.
