Jayde Stokes is based in our Melbourne office, and is a Partner in our Construction, Engineering and Built Environment practice. Having worked extensively in these areas, Jayde has developed a deep understanding of the essential qualities executives must possess to drive success and business growth in these sectors.
Jayde brings extensive experience and expertise in senior executive appointments across key areas such as engineering, procurement, construction management and construction delivery. Her focus is on leadership roles driving strategic senior talent solutions in these socially, environmental and economically critical sectors.
Jayde has over 18 years’ experience in a combination of general management and executive search – by extension she is a seasoned expert in identifying and placing top-tier executives. She combines entrepreneurial insight with a deep understanding of both internal and external search landscapes having six years of client side experience at one of Australia's largest engineering construction companies. This breadth of experience enhances her ability to navigate complex senior leadership needs and the challenges of commercial businesses.
