With 15 years’ experience as a highly respected member of our industrial and real assets teams she has a deep understanding of our culture and the (calibre) of Partners we need to ensure we continue to deliver exceptional search services to our clients and candidates. 

Debra’s vast experience in placing high calibre candidates with a wide array of clients, means she understands what is needed to build exceptional teams.

Debra is passionate about her friends and family and loves escaping to the peaceful, pristine surrounds of Bellingen. In a personal moment of achieving greatness, she’s embraced a new fitness regime.
