Warren boasts an extensive track record in team lift outs and acquisitions both nationally and globally. In his early career, he worked for several global asset managers including Deutsche Asset Management, UBS and HSBC. His passion for the industry carried forward with his move into executive search and he continues to be motivated by providing value to clients in their search for the best talent and to candidates as they build their career profiles.
Warren displays a depth of experience in asset management that allows him to apply rigorous validation of candidates’ technical capabilities. With a strong intuition for identifying the soft skills required for an individual’s success in a role, he is able to partner closely with clients to consistently deliver value within these trusted relationships.
Having spent the majority of his search career in financial services specialist firms, Warren continues to work in an innovative and entrepreneurial environment at Omera Partners. He applies multi-sector and functional capabilities in working with our strong regional platform and global outreach.
Warren is a proud father of twins and enjoys playing tennis and guitar when time permits.
