Tania joined Omera Partners close to its conception back in 2004. Tania hails from an extensive operations management background and originally trained as a bio-chemical engineer at university in her homeland of Canada.
With a broad remit, on top of ensuring the research team runs cohesively and ethically, Tania overseas the best use of technology, manages client privacy and maintains cutting-edge processes and systems within Omera Partners to ensure a seamless client and candidate experience.
