Hermina hails from a professional services background, where she worked managing national events and marketing activity. Her international experience includes time with Deloitte, as a member of the leadership team in London prior to returning to Australia and commencing her successful career in Executive Search.
With a particular interest and focus on Financial Services, FMCG and Infrastructure industries, Hermina is a results driven professional with exceptional levels of candidate and client service. Having successfully worked on over 300 searches in the Board space, Hermina understands the unique talent landscape at Board level. Talented in spearheading and championing growth within Omera Partners, Hermina has also established, managed and driven the Board practice, creating strong connections across Executive level teams and Boards alike.
Based in Omera’s Sydney office and highly regarded in the search industry for her knowledge and ability to innovate; outside of work, Hermina is known for her passion for property development and spending time with her family.
