After completing her Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Organisational Behaviour) from Macquarie University, Henny has spent the bulk of her career in executive search. Henny worked for a number of high-profile executive search firms, as well as an in-house talent acquisition role at LinkedIn, prior to joining Omera Partners.
During her time at the company, Henny developed a strong alignment to LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions business and led their talent market strategy team across the region. She was also a dedicated business partner for all leadership hiring at LinkedIn across the APAC region during a period of hyper-growth — this included hiring for markets as diverse as Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, India, China and Australia.
Extensive experience has allowed Henny to hone her consultative, analytical and project management capabilities, leading to a track record of successful delivery of assignments across the consumer practice. Henny has worked on every aspect of executive search including market mapping exercises, succession planning, and C-suite search and appointments.
A huge wellness advocate, Henny enjoys sharing her yoga and pilates passions with her children wherever possible.
