Prior to starting her own consultancy in 2018, Elizabeth worked at consulting firm, Leadership & Succession Advisory, where she worked on a number of complex development and succession programs with a number of ASX100 clients.
Her work involved the assessment, coaching and development of senior leaders, as well as 360 degree assessments, board reviews and preparation of participants for succession processes. Over the past nine years, she has worked with clients in Legal and Professional Services, Banking & Finance, NFP’s, the Public Service, Construction and Property, and in her own consultancy has continued to assist her clients through the provision of targeted coaching, development, assessment, search and selection processes for senior leaders.
In her coaching and development work, Elizabeth uses her unique blend of skills in coaching, counselling and the performing arts to assist her clients to connect with their values and passion in order to project their authentic voice as a leader. Her practice as a coach has been shaped by a number of different modalities, namely, client-centred, strengths-based coaching psychology, and mindfulness.
Elizabeth holds a Master of Social Sciences (Counselling) from the University of South Australia; a Bachelor of Arts (German) from the University of Adelaide; and a Certificate of Organisational Coaching, Levels 1 & 2 (Executive Coaching) from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL). She has undertaken performance training at NIDA, The Actors Centre, and the Conservatorium of Music, University of Adelaide; is a Veriditas trained Labyrinth Facilitator (a mindfulness-based walking meditation practice), and is accredited in the Hogan Psychometric Assessment and the Risk Type Compass instruments.
