Deep spearheads our industrials and private equity practices across Asia Pacific. Her primary focus is on mandates for C-suite and senior leaders.
Drawing on more than 15 years of executive search experience, Deep has successfully completed numerous assignments in diverse geographies such as Australia, Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam. Her clients include multinational corporates, private equity firms, family businesses as well as start-ups.
In addition to her search practice, Deep is certified and experienced in conducting broader executive assessments and other leadership advisory projects.

After 5 years with Eric Salmon, Omera brought her back to Australia and asked her to re-join the firm to spearhead our industrials and private equity practices.

Born in Mumbai, she has lived and worked in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK and the US. In her spare time, Deep loves to scuba dive, mountain hike, jog, read, eat street food and spend weekends with her husband and two daughters.
