With his 25+ years’ experience in executive search functions and executive leadership roles, Ciaran’s focus now lies on boardroom level appointments, and on jointly leading Omera Partners to continue to accelerate its growth trajectory, as a privately owned, high-impact global player in the executive search market.
Ciaran specialises in board, CEO and MD assignments and fosters strong links with many of Asia–Pacific’s most senior chair and Non Executive Directors, who value and rely on his advice and guidance on key leadership issues.
During his time as a senior executive in corporate Australia, Ciaran has held both director and partner positions of a subsequently publicly listed company and retains a strong interest in people and culture, as a nod back to his Bachelor of Commerce degree. He is also an active Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) member, remaining connected to the latest acute challenges and opportunities of corporate Australia.
Ciaran gained his empathy, strong work ethic and illegible handwriting from his parents, both of whom were doctors. Now married with three children, Ciaran believes a sense of humour and an unrelenting focus on continuous improvement are the foundations of longevity and success of any business relationship or tenure.
