
Catherine’s professional history has shaped her extensive global network and understanding of the gravity of talent decision making at a senior level. On joining Omera Partners in 2014, Catherine’s original remit was to attract and retain the best talent for our own organisation; expertly juggling the core company needs with creation of a robust culture. With 20+ years in Executive Search, including her appointment as Managing Director at one of the ‘Big 5’ global firms, Catherine has been at the cutting edge of strategic direction and growth and continues to capitalise on this experience by managing our global and local partnerships and alliances.
Catherine uses her deep commitment to quality standards, coupled with facilitating diverse and innovative thinking to help shape the Omera Partners customer experience journey. Newly appointed in 2021 to the Global Board of Directors for the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), in addition to serving on the APAC and Middle East Council of the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), ensures Catherine always remains on the forefront of emerging trends and industry nuances.
Outside of the office, Catherine loves to run. An experienced marathon and trail runner, Catherine enjoys art, architecture and design and spending time with her adult children, who live in varying far flung countries.
